   I think your site is great. Thanks!
   I cant seem to get the slides to download though. I attended a Facilitation Skills course, in 2006 that you provided for CCC. There were only four of us, and you really tailored it to our needs. We all agreed that it was one of the best training sessions I have ever had, and I continue to use the strategies on a daily basis - which is why I am looking on the site for a little reminder! One very important ‘bit’ that has stuck with me, and helped me is your ‘Donkey Button’ and I have passed it on to many, many colleagues. I have a collapsing donkey on my desk - and have been known to give them as presents on more than one occasion! I just want to make sure I am getting the messages right, so clicked on to see if I could have a quick refresher!
   Is there anything here that would just sharpen me up when talking with colleagues please?

   I’m sorry I gave you false info, its downloaded fine now. I think it was our outdated IT system!!Hopefully you should have my email above, but if not, I’ll add into the text box.
